HEATED VINYASA YOGA: You will flow from one pose to the next while uniting your breath with each movement creating a moving meditation. Your body was made to move. Let's sweat, move and breath together. The temperature is moderate 80-85 degrees.

CANDLELIGHT YIN YOGA: Infused in the longer, more passive holds, the yin style involves surrendering into poses and exploring them for longer periods of time in order to let go of tensions stored in the body and to calm the nervous system. Yin Yoga promotes the healthy flow of energy in the body and targets deeper connective tissues especially around the hips, pelvis and lower spine. This style of yoga is a wonderful way to complement a more rigorous practice, running, cycling or other more active pursuits.
ASANA PLAYGROUND: You will build strength and endurance as well as a strong core. You will learn progressions to more advanced yoga poses such as arm balances and handstands. Focus will be on cultivating strength for more advanced poses. This is the only class of this type in the area. Danuta uses her 25 years of fitness experience and yoga training to teach you step by step progressions. You do not need to have an advanced practice, just have patience and fun no matter where you are in your practice.
FUNCTIONAL YOGA: This is an all levels class that is also suitable for beginners where you will work on strength throughout your usable range of motion. It focuses on joint health and body control to improve your everyday life. Our bodies, muscles and joints were made to move!
All LEVELS YOGA: You will practice poses to increase your range of motion and flexibility. You will also spend time cultivating upper body strength, core strength and balance. Focus will be on the alignment of the yoga poses as well as on modifications making it suitable for all levels.
CANDLELIGHT GENTLE FLOW&RESTORE: You will flow slowly through basic yoga postures for the first part of this hour using your breath to let go of stress and tension. You will then rest and relax into supported yoga poses using props to heal and restore balance in your body. This class is suitable for beginners as well as intermediate students. We could all use a little rest and relaxation!
STRETCH & RELAX: Relax, improve flexibility and quiet the mind. This class is for the beginner to the athlete. Feeling tight and stressed? Stretch and Relax will decrease tension in the body through gentle yoga postures and stretches designed to increase flexibility and improve joint function.
JIVAMUKTI YOGA OPEN: Class is 75 minutes. You work at your own pace, following the teacher’s verbal as well as hands-on guidance. Asana options will be provided for all levels, but the vinyasa flow is vigorous. Jivamutki Yoga is a balance of strength and flexibility. It is that physical balance that transforms into an inner spiritual balance.
SWEAT&SURRENDER: 60 minutes of heated power vinyasa and 30 minutes of yin yoga.
